I didn't know I could use the PWO ECU that came with the motor...I'm going through Hasport to get the wire adapter harness...how hard or how many wires are there to wire in?

anyone done this? I was going to use the ZDYNE one wire conversion....but I can save tons of cash doing it this way smile

Both the PW0 and PR3 are limited to 112 mph. You will have to get the ecu chipped and have the speed limiter removed to be able to get near 140 mph. smile

I believe for the Pw0 you only need to run VTEC oil pressure, VTEC solenoid, and the knock sensor. smile HTH

tell ya the truth, i'm not sure where it was done..i'll send ya a pic if you give me your email address.
i'll look for my hasport cheat sheet with the wire assignments..i know it's VTEC solenoid goes to A8, Secondary O2 goes to C8, VTEC oil pressure replaces B5, and Knock sensor replaces B19

this may sound stupid...but you basically just run the wire from the part on teh motor into the firewall and into the ECU? taping and covering of course smile

and I have the E/VSS for the SIR guage cluster...woo hoo! came with the tranny smile that'll have to be wired as well, but it's just power/ground and to the ECU/Cluster?

i have a chipped PW0 w/ my B16. i haven't revved it up yet as i'm still breaking the engine in, but that's soon to come. the PW0 plugged right into my Si wiring harness. i had to add a ground on the tranny, had to plug pins in two open spots, and replace two others. total of four wires on the ecu..piece of cake. email if you need more help as to where they go or check out hasport.

What model car do you have? I can make you any harness you want for about 1/2 of what Hasport charges. Email me if you are interested:
